Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Sendorr, a social media management, content creation, scheduling, publishing, analytics, and automation SaaS platform operated at https://sendorr.com and https://app.sendorr.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Sendorr enables users to create, schedule, publish, analyze, and automate social content, and to connect third-party integrations such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Bluesky, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms we may support in the future.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.
3. Connected platforms
When you connect a third-party account, you authorize Sendorr to access and use that account as permitted by the platform and the permissions you grant. You remain responsible for complying with each platform’s terms, policies, and community standards. Sendorr is not responsible for outages, API changes, permission revocations, or enforcement actions by third-party platforms.
4. Content and licenses
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Sendorr a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate the Service and fulfill your publishing instructions. You represent that you have the rights needed to use and publish your content.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity
- Violate intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
- Attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse engineer the Service except as allowed by law
- Circumvent security, rate limits, or access controls
- Upload malware or misuse OAuth credentials or tokens
6. Fees
Some features may be free or paid. If paid plans apply, fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be presented at purchase. Taxes may apply.
7. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. OAuth credentials and tokens are used only to provide requested integrations and are not sold.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that third-party integrations will remain available without change.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sendorr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to Sendorr for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or EUR 100 if no paid fees apply.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, risk to the Service or other users, or legal requirements. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
